statsplugin
three.js's stats panel: frames a second, milliseconds a frame, heap.
Putting it in a scene
List it after the plugins that draw, so a frame is counted once it is drawn. It has no row, no numbers and no server half.
"plugins": ["loader", "scenemanager", "player", "terrain3d", "render3d", "stats"]
It is three.js's own stats panel, the one in every three.js demo. It shows the frames a second the page draws, the milliseconds between two of them, and, in Chrome, the megabytes of heap. A click on the panel shows the next of the three. The panel is fixed at the window's top left, over everything.
Methods
On the page, through plugins.stats.
mount( parent )
Names the element the panel goes in, as the page mounts its canvases. The first frame's afterTick after it puts the panel there and starts its clock, and every afterTick from then counts a frame. So the first frame counted is a whole one, never the stretch between mount and the end of the frame it came in.
mount lands part way through frame 0. The panel is made at that frame's end, and each later end of a frame counts one whole frame.close( )
Takes the panel off the page. Each scene's client has its own panel, which starts counting afresh.
